Your telegram of 4th October. "Kafue" Agents informed 21st September that they should forward detained

cargo to destination. Agents without permission stored cargo in name of Government of Hongkong and on 29th Septem- ber stated that on owners telegraphic instructions they

were not sending the cargo to Manila. Government of Hong Kong has disclaimed all responsibility for the cargo. I suggest that owners American Manchurian Line should be instructed to make arrangements to ship the cargo. "Aymeric" cargo has all gone forward.
